Our goal at WRR is to offer excellent service and have satisfied guests. It would be our pleasure to accommodate special needs you may have.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with New Kitchen-Aide Appliances
For your convenience, the kitchen is supplied with paper goods, such as; napkins, paper plates, paper towels, wax paper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap and trash bags. Some condiments are also supplied: salt & pepper, mustard, sugar, Splenda, and rack of 20 spices, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla.
Cooking and Serving dishes for large groups & Holiday meals
Most of the bedrooms have Down comforters and high thread count sheets. A selection of non-Down blankets are in each room’s closet.
We provide many of these things because of our experience in vacation rentals where we had to spend time shopping and money to purchase these little things.
Our goal is to save you some time and money by having these conveniences of home.
Private Spa Service
Guests of Wild Rose Ranch are fortunate to have Paso Robles’ favorite massage therapist, Juli of Relaxing Palms Massage on call. She has massaged several celebrities, including Mel Gibson. Special Spa Service: you can have your massage in your own private room, in the Gazebo, or at A Line Chiropractic Wellness Spa in Paso. For more information or to book, call Juli @ 805-712-8522.

RATES
Vacation Rental Rates
Weekend (Fri. Sat. Sun.) Rate: $550
Weekday (Mon. - Thurs.) Rate: $450
Extended time = reduced rates
Weekly Rates: $2800.00 / 7-days, 6 nights
Monthly Rates: $7900.00 / 30 days
A $100.00 deposit is due at time of reservation, this deposit is non-refundable, it will be deducted from your balance.
We require a $750 Security Deposit in the event there is loss or damage to the property. The $750 is 100% refundable if the property is left in good condition. It will be refunded within 10 days of your departure from Wild Rose Ranch.
The county requires a 9% transient occupancy tax (bed tax).
Full payment of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon.
* For special events, dinners, reunions where additional people will
be attending there will be an additional fee. Speak with Kathi
(805-400-5959) to negotiate terms.
Horse & Rider Rates
Board & bring your own feed: $20 a day per horse
Use our Forage hay and Alfalfa: $25 a day per horse
We ask that your horse’s vaccinations are up to date and include West Nile Virus
We require that you have liability insurance on your animal and sign a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to arrival.
We accept checks upon approval and payments online to Pay Pal (who accepts all major credit cards and electronic payments)
