The Wild Rose Ranch home is a spacious 3200 square foot ranch-style home with a zest for “Cowboy Living”.
Each room has large picture windows that frame spectacular views of the mountains, orchards and vineyards of the Paso Robles countryside. Nicely framed art adds personality to each room. Beautiful oak floors throughout the living areas add warmth. The house has forced-air heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans everywhere.
Living Room
A large brick fireplace is the heart of the living room making it warm and inviting. Almond and oak wood is provided for you by WRR. You can cozy-up in one of the six ultra-comfortable leather recliners (perfect for fireside chats) while enjoying spectacular views from the living room’s five large picture windows.
The Media Room
The Media Room is the hub of the house, located in the center of the living area. It has a large screen TV with a DVD and CD player. Also, a large library of DVD movies and a CD music library is provided. VHS, cassette and record player is in the Media room as well. There are several board games and puzzles to chose from for those so inclined.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is a bright and cheerful gathering place. It has new stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances and a stand-alone large capacity icemaker. The kitchen comes with double ovens and is totally stocked with necessities. The kitchen opens to the Dining Room, which is nice and spacious for dinner parties.
Dining Room
The Dining room is a delightful room to gather for meals, conversation or table games. The large window-wall lets in a lot of light and frames a spectacular view. The dining room has a Vermont Castings ceramic wood stove which provides great warmth. This room opens to the kitchen as well as to a large patio, soothing fountain and a great propane BBQ grill.
